Welcome to The Kingston Racquet Centre!

The KRC is Eastern Ontario's newest and largest indoor pickleball club. We offer 12 pickleball courts, lots of free parking, air conditioning, showers in our changing rooms. and a pickleball pro shop. The KRC is a fun welcoming space. Nous parlons Francais.

We will be offering the following categories:

Friday October 25th:

-Men's and Women's Singles 3.5 and under, 3.5+, with age categories 49 and under, and 50+.

-Mixed Doubles 2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0+, with age categories 49 and under, and 50+.

Saturday October 26th:

-Men's and Women's Doubles 2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0+, with age categories 49 and under, and 50+.

The registration base fee will be $50, + $15 Per Amateur Event. Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full. You and your partner both have 5 days to register before being put onto the wait-list. Maximum 12 teams per division! Divisions may be combined if fewer than four teams register. If necessary, divisions will be combined with teams of the same skill level but from different age groups.

Tournament Format:

The 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+ amateur categories will be pool round robins, with the top teams in each pool advancing to a playoff round to determine medal winners. Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. (Games played to 15, Bronze medal match played to 15, Gold medal round best 2 out of 3 to 11) Games can be up to 11 with a guaranteed minimum of 5 games. All games will be win by 2.

Starting time for each day will be 8AM. Your event can start as late as 6PM, depending on how many participants we have registered, the time can change for each day.

PADDLE RULES:

Your paddle must be USAPA approved in order to play in this tournament. UPA-A Approved Paddles will not be considered legal for this tournament.

IMPORTANT - On your player profile, make sure you have 'receive in game text messages' checked to 'YES' AND Cell Carrier should be selected. This is how you will receive your game notifications and court assignments. Please keep your phone close to you and be aware of getting a TEXT for your next matches and results. Failure to show up to the match will result in a default. Please arrive 30 mins prior to the start of your event.

Refunds available up till October 22nd, subject to $15 admin fee. Absolutely no refunds after October 22nd for any reason including injury and unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be issued after the tournament.
