Tournament Description

Friday, February 27, 2026 - Men's Doubles

Saturday, February 28, 2026 - Women's Doubles

Sunday, March 1, 2026 - Mixed Doubles

COST: $60 for 1 event; $10 for the second event. Additionally, there is a non-refundable service fee of $5 if playing one event or $10 if playing two events that is charged by PickleballBrackets.

FORMAT: Round Robin. Brackets may be split into two or more pools (depends on the size of the draw). In this format you will play all other teams in your bracket or pool.

GIVE-AWAY: Registered players will receive a Dri-fit type T-shirt and swag bag. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age/skill division.

Players and spectators are encouraged to bring their own chairs.

Additional Information

The tournament reserves the right to merge, split and/or move players and teams between skill levels.

For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or gender doubles, your partner must register and pay within 7 days of your registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list automatically after that 7 day "grace" period. Once the second partner registers, the team will be moved back into the event if there are spots remaining in the tournament.

Tournament Registration Reminder: You are required to "play up in skill" to the highest rated player on your team. For example, if you are 3.0, but your partner is a 3.5, you must register as a team to the 3.5 bracket.

A NOTE ABOUT THE OUTDOOR COURTS: 12 of the 20 courts are non-covered. 8 of the 20 courts are covered. Clear or yellow lenses in protective eyewear recommended when playing on the covered courts.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - This is an outdoor tournament. There is no indoor back up. If weather is a factor we will do all we can to play matches. There are no refunds or make up days if the tournament is impacted by weather.

Refund Policy

Please note that the service fee of $5 (if playing one event) or $10 (if playing in 2 events) is non-refundable. That service fee, introduced in 2023, is applied to ALL players playing an event on PickleballBrackets.com.

For withdrawals on or before February 19, 2026, there will be an additional $10 processing charge that will not be refunded. That covers the administrative cost and cost of credit card processing.

No refunds or credits for withdrawals after February 19, 2026 for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to injury, sickness or work obligations.

Registration monies are non-transferable.

Gate Access: Tell the gate attendant/ kiosk you are there for the “Battle of the Paddle Pickleball Tournament.” Parking: Player parking is available in the large lot at the Rec Center on SW 99th Street Road or at the Golf Pro Shop lot. Look for signs to direct you to Parking and to Check-in.
