What does it mean to be registered?
* Player in a doubles event; both players have registered and both players have paid their tournament fees within 3 days of the first player.
You or your team could be moved to the waitlist:
* If your partner (doubles) has not registered/paid within the 3 days window
ALL ROUND ROBIN WITH PLAYOFFS OF THE TOP TEAMS
**Tournament Format Details**
4 & 5 teams in Pool/Round Robin - games are 1 to 15 win by 2
6 & 7 teams in Pool/Round Robin - games are 1 to 11 win by 2
All lead in games (to the playoffs) are 1 to 15 win by 2 (for example: top four teams, 1 vs 4 & 2 v 3 (first round of playoffs are called the "lead-in matches")
Bronze Matches 1 to 15 win by 2
Gold Matches 1 to 15 win by 2
Tournament Director reserves the option to combine events as needed if events do not fill. If events are combined, awards will be based on the original event and not the combined event. Registration may stop at anytime once the daily population capacity has been fulfilled.
This is not a USA Pickleball (USAP) sanctioned tournament. However, the tournament will follow Official USA Pickleball rules.
Equipment standards:
It is the players responsibility to confirm their paddles in on the approved USA Pickleball equipment list. See the link below for approved paddles list

Registration Fees: $55 per person until 10/3
Late Registration Fees: $75 per person from 10/4
Event fees: $10 per event per person (when signing up with a partner, he/she will have 3 days to complete the registration otherwise the team will be moved to waitlist).
Pickleball Brackets will collect $5 per event per person with the maximum of $10 per person. For example, if you play 3 events, you will pay $10 for pickleball brackets fees. THIS FEES IS MANDATED BY PICKLEBALL BRACKETS.
The tournament is using Stripe.com as a third party service to collect registration fees.
On the day of event, please arrive early to complete the Racquet Club of Irvine waiver form at the registration tables. MINIMUM 30 Minutes before the posted start time.
We reserve the right to refuse service at anytime.
