This is a US Senior Pickleball (USSP) circuit event. If you are current member of USSP, please update your pickleball.com profile with your USSP member number in order to receive the $10 discount. If you become a member after registration is completed, the membership discount benefit will not apply.

When registering for this tournament, please verify accuracy of your ratings via DUPR and update your profile with the DUPR ID. Please do not register below your skill level as audits will be conducted and the tournament director may reassign you to the appropriate division without notice.

For those who are on the list of needing partner(s), you MUST find a partner by Friday, October 3, 2025 and your partner MUST complete the registration including payment by October 3, 2025. After that date, you will be pushed to the waiting list.

All players will be notified by text messages about their court assignments. Please ensure that your profile is updated with the current cell phone and "Opt-In" for text is checked. You are responsible for reporting to the match on time.

All events will be round robin pool play with medal round or as specified by tournament director. START TIME FOR ALL EVENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER October 12, 2025.

Event Brackets will be categorized by age first, then skill.

Age 50+,60+,70+,80+ with skills 3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0

Friday-Oct 24 - Women’s Doubles, Men's Singles from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Saturday-Oct 25 - Men’s Doubles, Women's Singles from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Sunday-Oct 26 - Mixed Doubles from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What does it mean to be registered?

* Player in a doubles event; both players have registered and both players have paid their tournament fees within 3 days of the first player.

You or your team could be moved to the waitlist:

* If your partner (doubles) has not registered/paid within the 3 days window

ALL ROUND ROBIN WITH PLAYOFFS OF THE TOP TEAMS

**Tournament Format Details**

4 & 5 teams in Pool/Round Robin - games are 1 to 15 win by 2

6 & 7 teams in Pool/Round Robin - games are 1 to 11 win by 2

All lead in games (to the playoffs) are 1 to 15 win by 2 (for example: top four teams, 1 vs 4 & 2 v 3 (first round of playoffs are called the "lead-in matches")

Bronze Matches 1 to 15 win by 2

Gold Matches 1 to 15 win by 2

Tournament Director reserves the option to combine events as needed if events do not fill. If events are combined, awards will be based on the original event and not the combined event. Registration may stop at anytime once the daily population capacity has been fulfilled.

This is not a USA Pickleball (USAP) sanctioned tournament. However, the tournament will follow Official USA Pickleball rules.

Equipment standards:

It is the players responsibility to confirm their paddles in on the approved USA Pickleball equipment list. See the link below for approved paddles list

Registration Fees: $55 per person until 10/3

Late Registration Fees: $75 per person from 10/4

Event fees: $10 per event per person (when signing up with a partner, he/she will have 3 days to complete the registration otherwise the team will be moved to waitlist).

Pickleball Brackets will collect $5 per event per person with the maximum of $10 per person. For example, if you play 3 events, you will pay $10 for pickleball brackets fees. THIS FEES IS MANDATED BY PICKLEBALL BRACKETS.

The tournament is using Stripe.com as a third party service to collect registration fees.

On the day of event, please arrive early to complete the Racquet Club of Irvine waiver form at the registration tables. MINIMUM 30 Minutes before the posted start time.

We reserve the right to refuse service at anytime.

Refund Policy:

CANCELLATION DEADLINE - October 3, 2025, 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Cancellation must be in writing by emailing sammymoy@rcitennis.com

Withdrawals BEFORE October 3, 2025 will receive a full refund minus an admin fee of $25

Withdrawals AFTER October 3, 2025 will receive NO refund. No exceptions.

The service fees collected by pickleballtournaments.com (usually $5 or $10) are NOT refundable

Refunds will be issued 7 days after the completion of the tournament.
