This is a Pickleball Canada sanctioned event, therefore entrants must be a member of Pickleball Canada and Pickleball Ontario. If you are a member of Pickleball Ontario you are automatically a member of Pickleball Canada.
No limits have been set on registration numbers for the tournament or individual events, however, tournament director has the right to consolidate or eliminate events if numbers warrant. There are no waiting lists. If events need to be consolidated or eliminated, the affected players will be notified after registration closes on June 9 to determine options. (Note: Registration has been extended to June 9th)
Individuals looking for partners can register.

REGISTRATION:
Age for determining event eligibility is Dec. 31, 2019.
Maximum of one event, per person, per day (therefore a maximum of three events during the tournament). Please be careful when selecting events that you do not pick more than one event in a day.
Early bird registration cost of $60* and $10 per event.
Registration cost increases to $75* after 8 am Sunday April 21.
*includes a $10 referee surcharge. Referees will be used in medal games and will be compensated $10 per match
Registration closes 8 pm Sunday June 9.

EVENTS:
Play to start at 8 am each day; registration required prior to each event (details to follow)
FRIDAY JUNE 21: Over 60 years men's/women's doubles and ALL single events (all ages)
SATURDAY JUNE 22: All mixed doubles (all ages)
SUNDAY JUNE 23: Under 60 years men's/women's doubles
Practice Time: The gym will be available for practice once court set up is completed on Thursday morning. Practice time may be affected or limited by possible referee and player clinics.
Change rooms and lockers are available; please bring your own lock.
Tournament ball is the Onix Fuse yellow ball.
FORMAT:
All single events are double elimination. Games are first to 15, win by two with gold medal game 2/3 to 11, win by two. Minimum of two matches per registrant.
All double events are round robin with medal round playoffs. Round robin games are first to 15, win by two, with gold medal game 2/3 to 11, win by two. Minimum of three matches per event per registrant.
