Format: Tournament director reserves the right to combine or split brackets based on registration numbers. If brackets are combined, awards will reflect the newly combined brackets. Brackets will aim to include a maximum of 10 teams per pool, with a goal of at least 4 games per team. Tournament director may adjust the format if needed. All players are assured of playing a minimum of 4 games.

Age Brackets: 12 -49, 50 - 59, 60 +
Teams must play at the skill level of the higher-rated player and the age bracket of the younger player. Age is determined as of 12/31/2025.
Player Ratings:
* DUPR ratings will be used for this tournament. If you don’t have a DUPR rating, visit https://www.dupr.com/ to begin your rating process.
* Three weeks prior to the tournament, DUPR ratings will be rechecked. If your rating has increased you will be moved to a higher skill level. However, players whose DUPR ratings decrease may still compete at their originally registered level. The highest-rated player dictates the bracket.
Payment & Partner Policy:
* Players must complete payment within 5 days of registering to secure their spot. Unpaid registrants will be moved to the waitlist.
* You may register with a partner or select “Need Partner”. Players without a partner after 10 days will move to the waitlist. Once a partner is found, registered, and paid, you will be moved to the active list (pending availability).
* Note: Your tournament spot isn’t guaranteed until both partners are registered and fees are paid in full.

* This is a self-monitored tournament. While no referees are provided.
* Paddle Policy: Only USA Pickleball Approved Paddles Allowed in Tournament.
