ALL EVENTS WILL HAVE CASH PRIZE FOR GOLD AND SILVER!

-Must have a minimum of 8 players/teams registered for event for payout

-Juniors Event WILL NOT have Cash Payout

Medals will be awarded to Gold, Silver and Bronze.

The schedule is as follows:

Friday, August 25th

Men's & Women's Singles (All rounds before Semifinals)

Saturday, August 26th

Men's & Women's Doubles (All rounds before Semifinals)

Mixed Doubles (All rounds before Semifinals)

Sunday, August 27th

Semifinals and Finals for All Events

Approximate division/event start times will be announced at least 1-2 days before the event day.

Tournament format is Double-elimination and Round Robin depending on division size. The tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed based upon number of registrations.

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2023.

PickleballBrackets.com ratings will be used.

You must register and identify your partner. Your partner must register within five days of your registration or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both players have paid.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

Player Sign-in begins 30 minutes before tournament play each day.

Cost:

Service Fee

$5 per Player to PickleballBrackets

Registration Fee

$45 per participant.

Per Event Fee

$20 PER EVENT for Skill Divisions 3.0-4.5

$25 PER EVENT for Open Divisions

NOTE: If you are planning to play in 2 divisions, you will need to register twice on CourtReserve. Contact tournament director for additional help with payment.

Team participants must register individually and list team partner in registration.

NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

Gamma Photon balls will be used for play.

DO NOT IGNORE: Once you register on PickleballBrackets.com, go to the link for the Spectrum CourtReserve website to re-register for the tournament (streamline version) and provide payment. When you create your CourtReserve Profile, you MUST add a Payment Profile to complete registration.

YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED UNTIL THIS STEP IS COMPLETED!

You may withdraw from the tournament up until deadline of Tuesday, August 22nd at 8:00am EST.

A refund will be provided minus the Service Fee cost to PickleballBrackets.com ($5)

After this date, no refunds will be given.
