Tournament Description

Beat the Heat Summer Showdown is coming to 3rd Shot Pickleball Reno on June 27–28, 2026.

Escape the summer heat and compete inside Reno’s dedicated indoor pickleball facility, featuring permanent hard courts, climate-controlled play, high-quality lighting, full bar, coffee shop, pro shop, and a great tournament atmosphere.

This two-day event is open to players looking for fun, competitive matches in a comfortable indoor setting. Expect organized brackets, good energy, and plenty of pickleball all weekend long.

Whether you’re chasing medals, testing your game, or just looking for a great tournament experience, the Beat the Heat Summer Showdown is the perfect way to kick off summer tournament season.

Location: 3rd Shot Pickleball Reno

Dates: June 27–28, 2026

Venue: Indoor, climate-controlled pickleball facility in Reno, Nevada

Additional Information

All matches will be played indoors at 3rd Shot Pickleball Reno.

Players should plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time for check-in and warm-up. Bracket start times will be posted prior to the tournament.

Food, drinks, coffee, and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on-site. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Spectators are welcome. Players are responsible for monitoring their bracket and being ready when called for matches.

Final format may be adjusted based on registration numbers.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available until June 13, 2026.

No refunds will be issued after June 13, 2026, unless the event is canceled by 3rd Shot Pickleball Reno.

Player substitutions may be allowed at the discretion of the tournament director, provided the replacement player is eligible for the same division.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing before the refund deadline.

Any unsafe conduct, aggressive behavior, or failure to follow facility rules may result in removal from the tournament without refund.

3rd Shot Pickleball Reno reserves the right to pause or modify play if needed to protect player safety.
