We are super excited to present our inaugural Bent Creek Pickleball Open Indoor Championships and hope you will join us for an awesome weekend of fun and competitive pickleball! Our indoor facility opens in mid February so you can expect it to be great. You will have the chance to sign up and play 3.0-4.5 in multiple age categories, as well as open 4.5+ prize money divisions. Medals will be awarded to first, second, and third place teams and we will be giving away some awesome gear as well! All results will be sent to DUPR.

Registration Fee: *UPDATE you do not need a partner at time of registration* 3/12/24

Early Bird Registration(Save $10 if you sign up before March 12th): $45

Registration After March 12th: $55

*Registration Closes April 7th at 11:55PM*

Event Fee:

Amateur (3.0-4.5): $15 per event you play.

Open $ division (4.5+): $50 per event you play.

**Note - Pickleballbrackets.com charges a separate administration fee at checkout that is non-refundable at any time if you are placed into an event. There is a $5 fee for the first event and $10 fee for two or more events.

Schedule:

Friday April 12th: Amateur and Open $ Men’s and Women’s Singles

Saturday April 13th: Amateur and Open $ Men’s and Women’s Doubles

Sunday April 14th: Amateur and Open $ Mixed(Co-ed) Doubles

Any age can sign up for 19+ Brackets (including players under the age of 19).

Start times will be announced once registration closes.

**Tournament Directors have the right to make changes to format, adjust age brackets, or other items if needed.**

Format:

If a bracket has 3 teams or less, this bracket will most likely be combined with another bracket.

If a bracket has 4-5 teams, it will be round robin format.

If a bracket has 6+ teams, it will be a regular double elimination format.

Double elimination brackets are best 2 out of three games to 11 in the winners bracket and one game to 15 in the consolation bracket.

You can still make it to the gold medal match if you keep winning in the consolation bracket!

In the event that a bracket does not have enough teams signed up, the Tournament Director has the right to combine brackets by level/age.

We will be providing water and snacks for all players.

There are plenty of places to get food nearby as well!

Check in:

We require a photo ID at check at least 30 minutes prior to your tournament start time. If your division is running early you may start early!

Facility and Equipment:

4 Dedicated courts and 8-12 temporary courts(depending on # of teams)

Selkirk Pro S1 balls - Amateur events

Dura Fast 40- Open events

Full refunds (excluding the pickleball brackets service fee) will be given until March 12th.

50% refunds offered from March 12th-March 31st.

No refunds after March 31st.

The prize money will be divided as shown below:

Gold medalists get 60%.

Silver medalists get 25%.

Bronze medalists get 15%

The exact amount will depend on the number of teams signed up.

Our event is indoors so the weather will not affect it.
