COST: $650 per team, $162/pp for 4 player team, $130/pp for 5 player team, $108 per player, 6 player team This cost covers the tournament expenses to include courts, software and awards. There are no refunds once the event has begun.
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION: This is a private invitational event for skill levels 3.5 and above.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS: 48 total, 24 men & 24 women
Each team must have one player 3.75 level or lower and no team may have more than 2 - 4.5 level players
Each team must have a minimum of 2 men and 2 women with a maximum of 6 players total
There are no subs for this event, if a line cannot supply 2 players from their team, they will default their matches for that timeslot.
A player from a team may play both timeslots for the mixed doubles weeks with matches counting towards their results if the 3.75 player requirements has been met.
The 3.75 player for each team must play at least 2 regular weeks and 1 playoff week.
TIME: 1:00pm to 3:30pm or 3:30 - 6pm, specific match times will be posted
LENGTH: 6 weeks total but not consecutively

RATINGS: Best In Game matches will NOT be factored into your pickleballbrackets.com rating.
MATCHES: Games will be round robin format with each line (7 games each). Matches will be played to 11 points, win by 2. Rally scoring may be implemented to ensure matches finish within the court time for the event. One timeout per pair per game, switch sides at 6.
WINNERS: There is 1 point scored for each game won during the regular season. There are 2 points scored for each game won during Finals. Winning teams for Gold, Silver and Bronze in each category will be listed on the website in the tournament information.
Points will be awarded to each team for matches won to determine the BEST IN GAME overall winners. The points will be calculated separately from the site and weekly results will be made available to all event players. For lines that default, points will not be awarded.
PLAYOFFS: Playoffs will be seeded match play. Any team can still win gold, however, the top teams during regular season will have a significant advantage in the playoffs. The last 2 weeks of the season will be playoff weeks.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Players are expected to notify tournament organizers well in advance if their team cannot send 2 men and 2 women each week for the appropriate time slot. Players are not to invite their own subs. All best efforts will be made by the organizers to find playing time for stranded players.
