Divisions may be combined at the discretion of HUB to optimize player experience, based on final registration numbers.
Each event will be round robin pool play with playoff rounds.
Every player will play a minimum of four games.
The top three finishers in every age/skill division and event will receive a medal.

Skill Level Definitions
Players will be required to connect a DUPR account in order to be entered into Intermediate or Advanced Divisions. They will automatically be registered into the doubles division based on their DUPR.
Appealing your DUPR skill level
If you believe your DUPR is not accurate and would like to be considered for a different division, please email Luz@thehubpickleball.com with: Full Player Name, HUB Event, Desired Division and Reasons for appeal. A player’s overall DUPR/UTR/NJP player history will be the main determining factor in most cases. Appeals will be evaluated weekly and players will be notified of the final decision. Any change in skill level (up or down) will be at the discretion of Registration Manager and Tournament Director with the goal of providing the best overall experience.
More About DUPR and Tournament Play
Tournament play is much different that recreational play, which is why a validated DUPR is important if you wish to play competitively. “I play 3.5 at open play” does not necessarily translate to a 3.5 DUPR rating. The good news is that if you win all of your matches, your intial DUPR rating will set you up to qualify for higher level tournaments in the future. DUPR ratings are needed for most levels of serious competition, so we’re glad that we’ll get you started on the right path at your first HUB JUNIORS tournament.
