Friday, November 24, 2023 - Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles

(Single day tournament w/Men’s & Women’s Doubles run concurrently first, followed by Mixed Doubles)

𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓: Round Robin. Brackets may be split into two or more pools (depending on the size of the draw).

In this format you will play all other teams in your bracket or pool. (Games to 11, win by 2) The top 2 finishers in each bracket/pool will then play a single play-off game to determine the winner and runner-up. 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:

For a team to be entered, both doubles teammates must complete registration.

(Max 18 teams each for Men’s Doubles & Women’s Doubles. 32 teams max for Mixed Doubles)

Registration and payment is online through pickleballbrackets.com

If you have never used the site before, you will first "create an account". Then you'll be able to register for this and any future tournaments you enter via Pickleball Brackets (the leading PB tournament software site).

𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞: Monday, November 20, 2023 (or sooner, if brackets reach max capacity)

Once registration closes, brackets/pools will be determined, based upon the demographics/skill level of registrants.

𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁: $25 per player for entry in one or both events eligible for (plus online fee of $5 per event)

𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀: Medals will be awarded to the winning team in each division

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝘀: All registered players will be entered into drawing for 1 of 2 Amazon Gift Cards. (Amount TBD by # of registrants.) Drawing and presentation will be right after completion of Men's & Women's Doubles segment. (Must be present to receive immediately, or replacement winner will be drawn.)
