BLAZE PICKLEBALL HOLIDAY CLASSIC 2024

Tournament Format will be Round Robin followed by Medal Brackets or Medal Matches. All Matches will be one game to 15 by 2. TEAMS ARE GUARANTEED TO PLAY A MINIMUM OF 4 MATCHES. Brackets with 8 or more teams may be split into pools. Brackets with 4 or less teams may play double round robin format.

REGISTRATION AND EVENT FEE

OCTOBER (Early Registration) $50 Registration Fee plus $20 per event.

NOVEMBER & DECEMBER (Regular Registration) $60 Registration Fee plus $20 per event.

Everyone signing up before November 25th will receive a tournament t-shirt at no additional charge. After November 25th, there may be some shirts available upon check in.

Tournament Director reserves the right to make any changes at any time for any reason.

Withdrawal deadline is November 25th at Midnight. Players may withdraw prior to midnight on November 25th for any reason and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. After November 25th there are no refunds for any reason unless a player has purchased weather and injury tournament insurance. Weather and Tournament Insurance covers a player if the tournament is canceled due to weather or if a player or a player's partner must withdraw due to injury or family emergency. Documentation might be required. Additionally, player registration fees may not be transferred to other players.

At Blaze Pickleball, the health and safety of our participants, spectators, and staff are our top priority. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment at all of our tournaments by implementing key measures such as venue inspections, first aid availability, hydration stations, and emergency procedures. We encourage players to be mindful of their physical condition, take precautions in extreme weather, and follow all safety guidelines. By prioritizing well-being and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved, Blaze Pickleball aims to create a fun and secure atmosphere for all.
