We are excited to announce our 2nd Blazin' tournament here at Southern Oaks Golf and Tennis Club, Burleson, TX and hosted by Victory Road Pickleball!

Tournament dates: Dec 6-8, 2024

$35 Early registration Deadline: Sep 31st, 2024

$50 Registration from Oct 1st - Nov 29th, 2024

$65 After Nov 29th, 2024, if available.

$15 Per Event Fee (MD, WD, MxD, etc.)

T-shirt comes w/registration. T-shirt sizes must be entered in your player profile. T-shirt deadline is Nov 22nd, 2024!

-Fri, Dec 6th - Senior Men's & Senior Women's Doubles (50+,60+,70+,80+),

Check-in 8:30am

Match first round start time: 9:00am

-Sat, Dec 7th - Men's Doubles and Women's Doubles (8+,19+,35+)

Check-in 8:30am

Match first round start time: 9:00am

-Sun, Dec 8th - Mixed Doubles (8+,19+,35+) & Senior Mixed Doubles (50+,60+,70+, 80+)

Check-in 8:30am

Match first round start time: 9:00am

Skills: 2.5,3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0

Age Splits: 8+, 19+, 35+, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+

*Skill and Age bracket splits developed after registration deadline.

*ALL AGES can play Saturday but there are only three brackets! (8+,19+,35+)

Tournament Director has the right to combine skill/age brackets based on skill/age team numbers.

MATCH FORMAT

ROUND ROBIN with top THREE or more seeded teams advancing to the SE playoff for Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals (for a non-pool event).

NON-POOL PLAY

Brackets of 3 may be DOUBLE ROUND ROBIN with each match 1 to 15 by 2.

Brackets of 4 will be ROUND ROBIN with each match best 2 of 3 games to 11 by 2.

Brackets of 5-7 will be ROUND ROBIN with each match 1 to 15 by 2.

POOL PLAY

-If an event has 8 or more players/teams, the event may be divided into two or more pools with the seeded teams after round robin from each pool advancing to the SE playoffs 1 to 15 by 2.

-The teams advancing to finals will play for Gold/Silver best 2 of 3 games to 11 by 2.

-Bronze match is 2 of 3 games to 11 by 2.

No membership in any association is required for registration.

Refunds will be available up to 2 weeks before the tournament registration closing date.

ALL refunds will be charged a $15 processing fee. Refunds based on emergencies will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS. IN CASE OF WEATHER DELAYS, AN ATTEMPT TO PLAY ALL MATCHES SCHEDULED FOR THAT DAY WILL BE MADE OR MOVED TO FOLLOWING AVAILABLE TOURNAMENT DAYS.

All refunds will be processed immediately after tournament completion.
