Hi Pickleball Friends,

Thank you so much for signing up for the BMore Bash and supporting the North Georgia life-skills charity BMore Learning! While we were hoping for a full-blown tournament, registration numbers didn’t quite hit the mark this year. But don’t worry—we’re turning this into something even better!

Pickleball Fun Day packed with games, laughter, and good vibes!

🗓 New Plan: One-Day Pickleball Party

📍 Date: Saturday, September 6th

⏰ Start Time: Tentatively 8:30 AM (may adjust slightly based on turnout)

🎮 Format: Fixed partner round robin, “Up and Down the River,” or other fun formats—no brackets, no pressure, just play! All levels are welcome!

We’ll be using Pickleheads to organize the games (not Pickleball Tournaments), so if you haven’t already, please create a free account at www.pickleheads.com or download the Pickleheads app.

Expect some surprises—giveaways, snacks, and other goodies to keep the energy high and the smiles wide. Most importantly – lots of time to play!!

We’re bummed we couldn’t run the full tournament, but we’re excited to turn this into a celebration of community, fun, and the sport we all love. Whether you’re a seasoned player, a beginner, or just here for the good times and to support a great cause, we’d love to see you on the courts!

If you are registered for more than 1 event and have more than 1 partner, please choose which partner you would like to play with in the round robin. And your second partner can either apply for a refund or they can hopefully find a partner for the general round robin.

REGISTRATION CLOSES AUGUST 29th at 11:55 PM. There will be no extensions of registration beyond this date.

Cancellation deadline is August 29th; refunds after that date will be subject to tournament management review. The cancellation of a bracket due to lack of players and certain other circumstances will be considered refundable. All cancellations could be subject to a $10 administration fee.

The tournament has a no refund policy due to weather. The event is being held on an outdoor venue. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches on a safe and playable surface. We will not issue refunds or have make up days if the tournament is impacted by the weather

This is an outdoor venue. We will monitor the weather conditions and make changes/cancellations as needed to ensure a safe environment for the tournament players.
