Cancellation deadline is August 29th; refunds after that date will be subject to tournament management review. The cancellation of a bracket due to lack of players and certain other circumstances will be considered refundable. All cancellations could be subject to a $10 administration fee.
The tournament has a no refund policy due to weather. The event is being held on an outdoor venue. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches on a safe and playable surface. We will not issue refunds or have make up days if the tournament is impacted by the weather
