Registration - $55.00

Event fee: $10.00 each.

Open Event fee: $30.00

When registering online, online waiver signature is used.

Online payment via Stripe is available. Stripe allows credit card payments.

All player communication during event will be via text messaging.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: ROUND ROBIN.

Tournament Ratings are based on PBR (Pickleball Brackets Rating).

Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each event (except prize money events) based on number of wins. Ties will be determined by head- to- head, then by point differential.

Round Robin game format: One game to 15 win by 2.

Medal Matches: Bronze: one game to 15 by 2. Gold/Silver: 2 out of 3 games 11 by 2.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify event formats as needed based on the number of registrations. This includes merging or splitting events, event dates and changing the scoring format.

Mini Singles format: "Score to Rotate"

Rules are the same as regular singles except all balls that bounce must do so on the side of the court being played and what side of the court the player plays.

The two players start the game diagonal from one another. Only the player winning the point rotates and their opponent does not rotate, staying where they are. Some points will be played straight across from one another and some will be played diagonal from one another. When a player wins "side out" they should already be on the side representing their score (even on the right, odd on the left). If the ball bounces outside this area then it is a fault.

PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. PARTNER MUST REGISTER WITHING 1 DAY OR THE TEAM IS MOVED TO THE WAITLIST UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.

Draws will be posted in the morning on the day of the event.

Full refund, minus a $15 Administration Fee, will be refunded for withdrawals before September 06, 2024, 12:00 pm. Any withdrawals after this date and time will not be refunded, no exceptions.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to acts of nature.
