Welcome to the The BOO Fest Pickleball tournament.

This is an USA Pickleball sanctioned tournament; therefore, all players must have an active USA Pickleball membership prior to this tournaments' registration. All sanctioned tournaments have all results ported to your UTPR (player ratings). Go to: https://usapickleball.org to join!

Medals awarded to top 3.

Tournament Format: Round Robin one game 15, with playoff (top team moves to play off) being best 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2.

Everyone will receive a good bag and special shirt from Alien Court Sports

Additional Information

Come out in your best costume to win a prizes for best and most unique costume.

We will have a lot of water and snacks for all players and guest. At the moment we have not been able to secure a food truck for the players and guest but we are working on finding one.

All players, by registering/paying for this tournament agree to the following USA Pickleball/ Pickleball Brackets waiver. If you do not agree with this wavier, do not register for this tournament.

**** We have set up a raffle for the event. Grand Prize is 45min private lesson with Daniel De La Rosa******

Everyone that sign ups for the tournament will receive a free raffle ticket and if you want to buy more just head to the tournament desk.

Oct 17, 2023 - CANCELLATION DEADLINE (for full refunds minus a $10 withdraw fee):

No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE of Oct 17 at midnight.

PAYMENT/PARTNER POLICY

Players must be paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered and paid partners will be moved to a wait list after one week if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

This is an outdoor event. If inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs the tournament director will do all it can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.

PARTNER REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Any registered player losing a partner must replace that partner with an already registered player. The replacement must be in the same skill group that you are scheduled to play. Players can play up in skill. Replacements need to be known and communicated to the registration contact by 6pm the day before you are scheduled to play. Replacements can be found on the players needing partners list.
