Welcome to Aiken Pickleball's Boomers and Beyond Bash round robin tournament. This event will be held on Saturday, November 12th at Gregg Park Civic Center in Graniteville, SC..

Registration fee is $25 and includes one event.

Events are as follows:

2.5 – Women’s scramble, 50+ (Maximum of 9 players) Time to be determined.

3.0 – Mixed doubles, sign up with set partner, 60-69 and 70+ (Maximum of 7 teams per division) 12:00 PM

3.5 – Mixed doubles, sign up with set partner, 60-69 and 70+ (Maximum of 7 teams per division) 9:00 AM

4.0 and above – Mixed doubles, sign up with set partner, 30-59 and 60+ (Maximum of 7 teams per division) 3:00 PM (The age ranges in the 4.0 and above division may be changed depending on how many sign up.)

The format is Round Robin.

SCRAMBLE EVENT:

Each player will play one game with every other player in the division. You do not need to sign up with a partner. The length of the games will depend on how many total players sign up for this event.

MIXED DOUBLES EVENTS:

Players will sign up with a prearranged partner. Your team will play one match against every other team in your bracket.

Brackets of 5 or fewer teams: Each match will be one game to 15, win by 2. There will be a playoffs for gold/silver and for bronze.

Brackets of 6 or 7 teams: Each match will be one game to 15, win by 2. Medals will be determined by round robin results with no playoffs.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill.

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player, and at the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2022.

You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner". Your partner must register within five days of your registration, or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five-day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both teams have paid. If a player needs a partner, the team will automatically move from the wait list to the active list once a partner is identified, registers, and both players have paid if there is an available slot to move to. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until you and your partner have registered and all fees have been paid in full.

Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded in each event.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

The ball will be the yellow Onix Fuse indoor.

Cancellation deadline is 6 PM on November 5th, 2022. No refunds* for any reason after that date. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $5 administration fee.

*If age divisions need to be combined, players not wishing to play in a lower division will be given a refund.
