Join us for the highly anticipated End Of Summer Classic Pickleball Tournament, taking place from September 20th to September 22nd, at Bousquet Sport. This exciting event will feature competitive play for various skill levels and age groups, making for an action-packed weekend.

On Friday, September 20th, we will kick off with the Gender Doubles Senior Division (60+). The lower divisions will play in the morning, while the higher skill level divisions will take place in the afternoon and evening. Saturday, September 21st, will be dedicated to Gender Doubles for all age ranges, following a similar schedule with lower divisions in the morning and higher skill levels in the afternoon and evening. The tournament will conclude on Sunday, September 22nd, with our Mixed Doubles events. Senior Mixed (60+) will start the day in the morning, followed by the any age range divisions in the late morning and afternoon.

The tournament will follow a round-robin format for all events. In cases where there are a large number of teams, the event may be split into two round-robin pools. The top four teams from each event will advance to the playoffs, ensuring competitive play throughout.

Teams are required to play in the age group of the younger partner, and for doubles and mixed doubles, they must sign up at the skill level of the higher-rated partner. Players are allowed to play up in skill level only if partnered with a higher-rated player. All player ratings will be verified both before and after the close of registration. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust players and teams to the appropriate skill levels to maintain fair competition.

The registration fee for the tournament is $55 for one event, with an additional $35 fee for each added event. A non-refundable software use fee of $5 for one event, or $10 for multiple events, will be applied to every registration. As the tournament has a limited number of player spots, it is crucial to secure your spot early. After the first partner registers, the second partner has seven days to complete their registration. Failure to do so will result in the team being moved to the waiting list. If both partners sign up on the waiting list for a full event, they will be eligible to fill any openings that arise. There is no charge for being on the waiting list, and fees will only be applied if your team is added to the event.

Please note that the tournament reserves the right to modify the bracket format and the number of rounds to ensure the guaranteed number of games per event. Additionally, groups may be combined or split at the discretion of the tournament director.

Refunds minus a $10 processing fee and the PickleballBrackets.com software use fee for withdrawals from the tournament up until registration is closed either due to reaching tournament capacity or the registration deadline date of September 16th, whichever comes first.

No refunds for withdrawals from the tournament after registration closes.

Refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the tournament.

This tournament will be held indoors, so weather-related delays are not expected.
