📊 DUPR & Eligibility Rules
To maintain competitive integrity, we strictly enforce skill divisions based on DUPR ratings:
Team Average: Doubles teams are eligible based on the average of their DUPR ratings at the time of sign-up.
NR Players: Players without a DUPR rating (NR) will not be permitted in the 4.5+ or 5.0+ Open divisions.
Account Linking: Please ensure your Pickleball Brackets account is connected to your DUPR account before arriving.
📝 Tournament Format
Doubles: Pool play with top teams (4 or 8) advancing to Playoffs >> Semi-Finals >> Finals.
Pool play is typically to 11 (side-out scoring).
Semis & Finals - One game to 15.
Finals (5.0+ Only) - 2 out 3, games to 11 with difference of two
🛡️ Player Policies & Equipment
Paddles: USAPA-approved paddles only. Equipment suspected of being delaminated, core-crushed, or malfunctioning may be inspected and deemed ineligible by staff.
Partners: Priority goes to completed teams. Individuals without partners may be moved to the waitlist and are responsible for finding a partner.
Conduct: The Tournament Director has final authority on all decisions regarding format, eligibility, and player conduct. Poor behavior may result in disqualification.
