July 26th: Men's and Women's Singles

July 27th: Men's and Women's Doubles

July 28th: Mixed Doubles

Format:

Round-robin with a single elimination playoff

Additional Information:

The tournament director has full discretion over tournament start times and age/skill bracket combination if registration is not met.

No refunds once registration deadline has been closed.

As we aim to ensure transparency and fairness, we want to provide clarity regarding the payouts for the OPEN Division.

Payout Structure:

Please note that payouts for the OPEN Division will depend on the generosity of our sponsors and the number of registrants for the tournament. However, at the very minimum, the $50 OPEN Division fee will go directly into the cash purse. This amount will be distributed among medalists as follows:

Gold Medalists: 60% of the cash purse

Silver Medalists: 25% of the cash purse

Bronze Medalists: 15% of the cash purse

Finalization of Payouts:

Cash payouts will be finalized after the registration closes. Rest assured, all players will be promptly informed of the payout structure before the commencement of the tournament. While it's highly likely that the payouts will exceed the initial cash purse, we're unable to provide an exact distribution at this moment.
