Cabot Classic Pickleball Tournament benefiting e3 Student Mentoring Program will be played on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 at Greystone Country Club in Cabot. e3 Student Mentoring Program is devoted to providing students with the skills for success through mentoring. We are excited to host a premiere pickleball tournament that will embody a fun, active and impactful event that will bring in pickleball enthusiasts and novices alike. Pickleball Bracket Registration Includes- Entry in to the Inaugural Cabot Classic Pickleball Tournament to play in the Women’s, Men’s and Mixed events, with an option to enter in an additional event for an extra fee, Premium Event Shirt, Silicone Pickleball Bracelet, Free Catered Meal in the Clubhouse, Vulcan Ball and Player Swag for all registered participants.

Courts:

Greystone Pickleball Courts were Reconstructed in 2022 with 1 dedicated tennis court and 5 dedicated pickleball courts.

Our experienced event team will create 4 temporary courts with TORNA Pickleball Tournament Tape and set up temporary nets to offer 9 courts for the tournament.

We will keep one court vacant for “warm ups” in between matches.

***Registration closes at 11:59PM CDT on Thursday, September 26th. There will be NO registration on the day of the event.

***Register by September 15th to ensure your spot in your bracket, your shirt size and swag. Event shirt sizes are limited.

Brackets will be separated by skill level. You may play UP in any skill level at your discretion. Be sure to register for your preferred skill level and check your current Skill Rating on Pickleball Brackets & DUPR. If you do not know what skill level to register for, seek the advice of more experienced players or contact the Tournament Director.

Seating is very limited. Spectators are strongly encouraged to bring lawn chairs.

Complimentary lunch will be available for participants only in the clubhouse at noon.

No outside food or drink will be allowed at the facility. Personal water bottles allowed. There is a full service restaurant and bar onsite for the purchase of food and beverage.

Withdrawals before registration closes on September 15, 2024 will incur a $20 processing fee. Pickleballbracket service fees are non-refundable.

This is an outdoor tournament in Cabot, Arkansas, so please plan accordingly. In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to play the games on their scheduled days, however, adjustments may be necessary, and no refunds will be given once an event has begun. All proceeds go directly to the youth in the e3 student mentoring program.
