Cabot Classic Pickleball Tournament benefiting e3 Student Mentoring Program will be played on Saturday, September 27th & Sunday 28th, 2025, at Greystone Country Club in Cabot. e3 Student Mentoring Program is devoted to providing students with the skills for success through mentoring. We are excited to host a premiere pickleball tournament that will embody a fun, active and impactful event that will bring in pickleball enthusiasts and novices alike. Get ready to have a pickleball experience like no other.

Enjoy playing at one of the finest pickleball outdoor courts in Central Arkansas, with a scenic spacious golf course backdrop carved into the breath-taking natural beauty of the Ozark Mountains’ rolling foothills.

Pickleball Bracket Registration Includes- Entry into the 2nd Annual Cabot Classic Pickleball Tournament to play in the Gender, Mixed and $MONEYBALL events, Premium Event Shirt, Silicone Pickleball Bracelet and Player Swag for all registered participants.

Courts:

Greystone Pickleball Courts were Reconstructed in 2022 with 1 dedicated tennis court and 5 dedicated pickleball courts.

Our experienced event team will create 1 temporary court with TORNA Pickleball Tournament Tape and set up a temporary net to offer 6 courts for the tournament.

***Registration closes at 11:59PM CDT on Thursday, September 22nd. There will be NO registration on the day of the event.

***Register by September 15th to ensure your shirt size and swag. Event shirt sizes are limited.

All brackets will be ROUND ROBIN

Brackets will be separated by skill level. You may play UP in any skill level at your discretion. Be sure to register for your preferred skill level and check your current Skill Rating on Pickleball Brackets & DUPR. If you do not know what skill level to register for, seek the advice of more experienced players or contact the Tournament Director.

Seating is very limited. Spectators are strongly encouraged to bring lawn chairs.

No outside food or drink will be allowed at the facility. Personal water bottles allowed. There is a full-service restaurant and bar onsite for the purchase of food and beverage.

Withdrawals BEFORE registration closes on September 22, 2025 will incur a $20 processing fee. Pickleball Bracket service fees are non-refundable.

Withdrawals AFTER registration closes on September 22, 2025 will NOT be refunded. All proceeds benefit e3 Student Mentoring Program.
