We are excited to once again host our premier fundraiser event, The Camano Cup. Our tournament plan this year will improve the flow of matches in a timelier manner.

We have planned for true double elimination events. Teams may come back into the final, Gold Medal match from the loser bracket. Winner bracket matches will be best 2 of 3, to 11. Matches in the loser bracket will be to 15 points, win by 2. Our plan is to have a maximum of 8 teams per event bracket. Seeding priority will be WPR, PBR/UTPR and self rating in that order. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players. We may use DUPR ratings as an added reference.

To play, you do not have to be a Camano Stanwood Pickleball Association member. The Competition dates are August 17 to 20. Thursday - mainly singles; Friday - mainly Mens Doubles; Saturday - Womens Doubles; Sunday - Mixed Doubles. There will be a waiting list for replacement teams or players. You should bring your own chairs and coolers. Text messages will be used for court / match announcements. Winner photos and medal awards will be at end of each event bracket. Partner registration must be completed within 5 days.

Note! The Tournament Directors reserve the right to make modifications as they see neccessary.

All match scores will be reported into the DUPR system. Substitutions will be managed by the Tournament Directors.

We plan to have a Food Truck on site. Indoor restrooms will be available at the Island County Multi Purpose Center, next door to the courts. 141 E Camano Dr., Camano Island WA 98282

No refunds after 2 weeks prior, August 5rd. The processing fees of $5/event registration will be withheld from the refund. The Tournament Director reserves the right to decide refunds on in individual cases.

Weather related schedule changes will be communicated by text or email as soon as the situation allows.
