Welcome to the inaugural tournament at beautiful Reems Creek Golf Club, a quick 20 minute drive from iconic Asheville. Enjoy your pickleball, then relax at the clubhouse, soaking in the long range mountain views.

The registration fee is $55, which includes one event and ONE COMPLEMENTARY LUNCH provided by the club. Additional events are $5. Bottled water and snacks will be available.

The list of scheduled events:

Friday, October 4: women’s doubles

Saturday, October 5: mixed doubles

Sunday, October 6: men’s doubles

The format is a round robin, leading to an elimination stage, which determines the medalists.

This is an ideal format for first time tournament players!

There will be 3 skill divisions ( 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+ ) AGE brackets will be set AFTER registration closes.

The partner with the higher skill level determines the the appropriate bracket. For example, if your partner is a 3.5 and you are a 3.0, the correct bracket is 3.5.

Each bracket will have a maximum team number, with a wait list.

Your spot in the bracket is not secure until your partner is fully registered and payment made.

A final schedule, including start times will be posted several days before the tournament start date. Some brackets may start as early as 8 am.

Cancellation deadline is September 15. Unfortunately, no refunds will be possible after that date. There will be a $10 processing fee collected for refunds before September 15.

This is an outdoor tournament with no indoor back up contingency. There will be NO refunds for weather cancellation. If poor weather occurs the tournament will do its utmost to complete all events, which could entail format and schedule changes.
