We regret to inform you that, due to a lack of participants, we must reschedule this year’s Holland Rotary Paddle Fest Pickleball Tournament scheduled for September 28-29, 2024. We understand this may be disappointing, but we want to ensure that the first year of this event is a success, and we believe that postponing will give us the opportunity to make it even better.

You have the option to either:

1. Donate your 2024 entry to the Holland Rotary Charities.

• HRC is a 501(c)(3) qualified charity. Donations are tax-deductible!

2. Defer your entry to next year’s tournament and secure your spot for 2025.

3. Request a full refund if you prefer not to defer your entry.

Please reply to this email by 10/15/2024 with your preference, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We are excited to continue planning for next year and look forward to seeing you all in 2025!

Players have the option to purchase event cancellation insurance*, which will entitle them to a refund if the event is canceled due to weather or another approved reason. Players who choose not to purchase this insurance will NOT be eligible for a refund if the event is canceled for weather-related or other approved reasons.
