SEACOAST SMASH -- Tennis courts newly resurfaced with painted lines for pickleball. Come support Marshwood Tennis working hard to earn money for their program with 100% of registration fees going to the team. This pickleball tournament offers a fun competition with divisions for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Enjoy like-level competition, knowing that 100% of your registration fees support the Marshwood High School Tennis Teams. The tournament welcomes everyone, from those entering their first tournament to those who have played tournaments for years.
We will be playing on 10 newly surfaced outdoor courts at Marshwood High School. Marshwood High School has plenty of parking and is located on the Seacoast, just 15 minutes from the walkable port city of Portsmouth, NH. What a fabulous weekend getaway just an hour from Boston! Easy for locals in our Seacoast community as well as a fun weekend getaway for those looking to explore Portsmouth, NH, and the gorgeous Maine beaches... day trip it or make a weekend of it!

SATURDAY, JUNE 29th: Men and Women - 4.0 and above @ 8:30am and 3.5 and under at 1pm
SUNDAY, JUNE 30th: Mixed - 4.0 and above @ 8:30am and 3.5 and under at 1pm
** We will add 2.5, 3.0, 4.5 and 5.0 divisions as appropriate based on registrations **
$60 Registration Fee for each tournament event. Each additional event is $35. Register based on your age and skill level.
Tournament Format:
*Events with 9+ Teams: Teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools, and the top two teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners.
*Events with 8 Teams or Less: Round Robin for events with a small number of teams.
*Skill Level: For doubles and mixed doubles, you must sign up at the skill level of the higher-rated partner. Players with a PickleballBrackets.com rating must use that rating. Players with a USAPA UTPR rating but no PickleballBrackets.com rating must use that rating. Players with neither rating may self-rate. Ratings will be verified when registration closes. The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill-level brackets/events.
*Registering Together As A Team (TIP) : For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 3 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.
