• This tournament is for Fredericton Pickleball Club members, however, on a case-by-case basis we may allow other players to register, especially if the target of 48 players is not reached or if there are operational considerations.
• The purpose of this tournament to have fun as a club, practice operations before Provincials and raise funds for tournament equipment.
• There are 11 courts for mixed doubles play.
• At least 48 players, or 24 teams, must register to go forward with the tournament and ensure we break even.
• While this is a Pickleball Brackets Tournament, your CTPR rating will not be changed by this tournament. Your FPC club rating will only be updated if all 4 players in the game are FPC members in Pickleball Brackets.
• Players can choose from the following skill ratings. If you have never played in a tournament before, this is a great opportunity to learn more about tournaments while having fun.
3.0 and under (2.50-3.49)
3.5 (3.50-3.99)
4.0 and above
• Age categories:
55 and under
56 and above
• Brackets will be merged if there are fewer than three teams in any bracket.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to make other changes to any of the brackets based on the number of registrants and age categories
• Start times may vary by bracket – players need to check the tournament details one week prior.
• The format is round robin.
