CAPE CORAL PAL PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT POWERED BY THE COURTS

Tournament Format will be Round Robin followed by Medal Brackets or Medal Matches. All Matches will be one game to 15 by 2. TEAMS ARE GUARANTEED TO PLAY A MINIMUM OF 3 MATCHES. Brackets with 8 or more teams may be split into pools. Brackets with 4 or less teams may play double round robin format with no playoffs.

October 4th - Tentative Start Time - 8:00AM - Women's / Men's Doubles

October 5th - Tentative Start Time - 8:00AM - Mixed Doubles

Brackets are setup up by skill and age. Age and skill brackets may be combined if team sign up is low.

REGISTRATION AND EVENT FEE

Summer Special Rate $55 Registration Fee plus $20 per event.

Everyone signing up before September 12th, 2025 will receive a tournament t-shirt at no additional charge. After September 12th, 2025, there may be some shirts available upon check in.

Tournament Director reserves the right to make any changes at any time for any reason.

VENUE POLICIES

Withdrawal deadline is September 12th, 2025 at Midnight. Players may withdraw prior to midnight on September 12th, 2025 for any reason and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. After September 12th, 2025 there are no refunds for any reason unless a player has purchased weather and injury tournament insurance. Weather and Tournament Insurance covers a player if the tournament is canceled due to weather or if a player or a player's partner must withdraw due to injury or family emergency. Documentation might be required. Additionally, player registration fees may not be transferred to other players.

We will make every effort to play all event in the tournament. If a weather occurrence happens, we will make a decision at the time of the occurrence.
