This tournament is non-sanctioned, and will be a round robin style event in which players from each bracket will be broken into pools. Please note that this is a doubles only tournament, and if your partner for any event does not sign up by the registration deadline, you will be dropped to the waiting list.

PickleballBrackets.com now requires a service fee of $5 per person per event. Please note that the service fee of $5 (if playing one event) or $10 (if playing in 2 events) is non-refundable. That service fee, new in 2023, is applied to ALL players playing an event on PickleballTournaments.com or PickleballBrackets.com.

There are no refunds offered for this tournament, as it is a fundraiser.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - As this is an outdoor tournament taking place during spring, rain is a possibility. While we will do our best to keep the tournament running, some things are out of our control. There is no backup location or date if inclement weather occurs. Should we have to cancel, there will be no refunds.

In order to check in at the tournament, you will be asked to sign a physical waiver. If you do not sign this waiver, you and your partner will not be considered checked in and will not be allowed to play your matches until you do.
