We’ll have fuel for our athletes! CASA will provide snacks (Tangerines and granola bars) for all players. Additional "Spring Refreshments" and snacks will be available for purchase.
Spectators are welcome! Bring your cheering section to our dedicated viewing areas or the Vista Lounge. We love the high-energy family spirit!
🎾 Tournament Format (Beginner, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0)
Guaranteed Play: All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches to 15, win by 2.
The Road to Gold: Pool Play leading into Single Elimination matches to 15, win by 2.
Championship Match: Gold Medal Match: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.
🕗 Timing & Scheduling
Matches may start as early as 8:00 a.m.
A tentative schedule drops one week before the tournament; the final confirmed schedule follows registration closing.
Arrive early to claim your warm-up time on our 2 reserved practice courts.
🧮 Ratings & Brackets
We use DUPR to ensure the luck stays out of the brackets and the skill stays in. The Tournament Director reserves the right to move any player to ensure fair play. All results go straight to DUPR.
Register according to your DUPR rating:
Beginner Bracket: Unranked - 2.999
3.0 Bracket: 3.000 – 3.499
3.5 Bracket: 3.500 – 3.999
4.0 Bracket: 4.000 – 4.499
➡️ Integrity First: Players must stay in their designated DUPR bracket regardless of age.
⚖️ DUPR Integrity
Manual reviews of self-entered matches are standard.
Players with less than 60% DUPR accuracy may be reassigned.
Your rating at the time of registration is your "ticket" to that bracket.
👥 Doubles Registration Policy
Partners must register within 7 days of each other. Don’t get left on the waitlist—ensure your teammate is locked in and paid so you don't lose your spot in the main event!
