🕗 <b>Timing</b> — Matches may begin as early as <b>8:00 a.m.</b> Doors open <b>1 hour before first match time.</b> A tentative schedule will be released <b>one week prior</b>. Final schedule confirmed after registration closes.<br>

We use <b>DUPR</b> to ensure fair and competitive play. All results will be uploaded directly to DUPR.<br>Register according to your DUPR rating:<br>
• <b>Beginner:</b> < 3.000<br>
• <b>3.0:</b> 3.000 – 3.499<br>
• <b>3.5:</b> 3.500 – 3.999<br>
• <b>4.0:</b> 4.000 – 4.499<br>
• <b>4.5:</b> 4.500+<br>
• <b>Open:</b> 5.000+<br>
Players must compete in a division aligned with their <b>DUPR rating (singles or doubles)</b>. If only one DUPR rating is available, that rating will be used to determine eligibility.<br>
If you do <b>not</b> have a DUPR rating, sign up for whichever division best fits your skill level.<br>
If divisions need to be combined, players will be <b>messaged first</b>. We will only combine <b>up</b>, never down.<br>

• All self-entered matches are reviewed<br>
• Players under 60% DUPR reliability may be reassigned<br>
• Ratings at the time of registration determine eligibility<br>
• <b>Zero tolerance for sandbagging, misuse, or intentionally entering the wrong division</b><br>
• The Tournament Director reserves the right to move or remove any player to protect fair play and division integrity<br>

Partners must register within <b>3 days</b> of each other or teams may be moved to the waitlist. Once both players are registered, teams will be moved into the main draw if we reach capacity. If the division is full, they will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens.<br>

If you are on the waitlist, please note that brackets will only increase in <b>sizes of 4</b>. This means <b>4 teams</b> would need to be on the waitlist for us to consider extending the bracket. <b>Bracket extensions are not guaranteed.</b><br>
If you do not make it out of the waitlist, you will receive a <b>full refund</b>.<br>
