Registration Type: A partner is required to participate. Please note that players are responsible for finding their own partner, as we are not able to assist with partner matching.
EACH PLAYER MUST register individually and complete payment prior to the registration deadline. Any player who has not completed both registration and payment by the deadline may be removed from the tournament.
Age Division: Open
Skill Levels: 3.0–3.5, 3.5–4.0, 4.0+, Singles is open division
Max Teams per Division: 14 (we may add more teams if applicable)
Courts: 7 of 8 (Court 4 may be used to warm up in between games)

Any team that does not show on day of or cannot play will be WD from tournament with No refunds
Balls used: Franklin X-40
- Is DUPR Rated.
- Prizes to the top finishers in each division.
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your first scheduled match to check in and warm up.
- Players must be available to play at any time during their division’s designated day.
- All matches will be self-officiated; good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
- Parking is available on site.
- The tournament committee has the right to make any adjustments to any and all events.
Official Tournament Policies
1. Registration & Payment
All participants must complete registration and submit full payment prior to the stated deadline. Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.
2. Refund Policy
All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, withdrawals, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, injuries, or personal circumstances. Refunds will only be considered if the tournament is canceled by the host.
3. Partner Requirements
For doubles events, both partners must be registered and fully paid by the registration deadline. Failure of one partner to complete registration may result in removal of the team from the draw.
4. Skill Level Placement
Players are expected to register at their appropriate skill level. The Tournament committee reserves the right to reassign, combine divisions, or remove players if skill level is deemed inaccurate.
5. Waitlist Policy
Placement from the waitlist is not guaranteed and will be determined at the discretion of the Tournament committee. Entry is confirmed only upon official approval and completed payment.
6. Schedule Compliance
Players must be present and ready to play within five (5) minutes of match announcement. Failure to report on time may result in forfeiture.
7. Match Scheduling
Match times and brackets are final once published. Players may not request rescheduling due to personal conflicts.
8. Format Adjustments
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify brackets, divisions, match format, scoring structure, or scheduling based on registration numbers, time constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Officiating & Line Calls
Matches will be self-officiated unless otherwise noted. We ask all players to make fair and accurate line calls and to compete with integrity. All on-court calls are considered final; however, if a call cannot be agreed upon by the players involved, the point should be replayed.
10. Sportsmanship & Conduct
All participants are expected to display proper sportsmanship. Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior toward opponents, spectators, or staff may result in warning, match forfeiture, or removal from the event without refund.
11. Coaching & Spectators
Coaching is permitted only between games unless otherwise stated. Spectators may not interfere with match play.
12. Equipment & Personal Property
Players are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings. The host facility is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
13. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By registering, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with play and will have to sign a waiver. The host facility, staff, and organizers are released from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.
14. Tournament Director Authority
The Tournament Committee decisions are final in all matters related to rules, disputes, format, and enforcement of policies.
