The Chateau Elan Pickleball Tournament offer 9 events- (Mens Doubles 3.0, Mens Doubles 3.5, Mens Doubles 4.0 and Above, Womens Doubles 3.0, Womens Doubles 3.5, Womens Doubles 4.0, Mixed Doubles 3.0, Mixed Doubles 3.5, and Mixed Doubles 4.0 and Above).

***The tournament administration reserves the right to cancel, add, or combine divisions based on registration numbers as the event gets closer.***

All Mens and Womens Doubles events will run on the Saturday, with Mixed Doubles events on Sunday.

***Depending on the registration numbers/weather, Some Mens/Womens Doubles events may run on Sunday.***

Event Registration price will be $35 for nonmembers and $25 for members, with each event costing $10. **PER PLAYER** You can enter a maximum of two events.

The tournament will be played at the Chateau Elan Winery and Resort Racquet Club. (4 outdoor hard courts)

Round-Robin

Divisions will likely have different sized groups and playoff formats. This is based on registration numbers.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine or divide brackets as needed if brackets do not fill or have too many teams.

Tournament schedule is as follows:

August 23rd- Men's Doubles (3.0), Men's Doubles (3.5), Men's Doubles (4.0 and Above), Women's Doubles (3.0), Women's Doubles (3.5), Women's Doubles (4.0 and Above)

August 24th- Mixed Doubles (3.0), Mixed Doubles (3.5), and Mixed Doubles (4.0 and Above)

Refund Policy

In the case of inclement weather, we will attempt to postpone matches and have them played on the same day.

Refund Policy- Any cancellation before the deadline of August 18th, is subject to a Non Refundable $5 service fee and a $10 administration fee. Any cancellation after the deadline will not be refunded.

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE SENT AFTER THE TOURNAMENT IS COMPLETED.
