Format:

• Doubles Events:

4 teams per bracket will play will play a double round robin 1 game to 15 win by 2

5 teams per bracket will play single round robin 2 out of 3 win by 2

6 or more teams per bracket will be double elimination

1-3 team brackets will be combined Skill/Age

• Double Elimination:

Top side of the bracket: Match is played best 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2

Bronze & bottom side of the bracket: 1 game to 15 win by 2.

Gold medal matches: Match is played best 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2. If each team has encountered a

match loss, then a maximum of 10 minutes between matches and the next game is 1 to 15 win by 2.

PAYMENT/PARTNER POLICY

Players must be paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered and paid partners will be moved to a wait list if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams.

PARTNER REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Any registered player losing a partner must replace that partner with an already registered player. The replacement must be in the same skill/age group that you are scheduled to play. Players can play down in age and up in skill. Replacements need to be known and communicated to rgweaver56@gmail.com by 6pm the day before you are scheduled to play. Replacements can be found on the players needing partners list.

Cancellations must be made by April 5, 2023 in order to receive a refund minus $25 withdraw fee. NO refund on service fees

No refunds will be given for any reason after April 5, 2023.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - THIS IS AN OUTDOOR TOURNAMENT. THERE IS NO INDOOR BACKUP. IF WEATHER IS A FACTOR WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO PLAY MATCHES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR MAKE UP DAYS IF THE TOURNAMENT IS IMPACTED BY WEATHER.
