TOURNAMENT UPDATE*** We are closely monitoring the weather for tomorrow morning. As of now, no changes to the schedule have been made. In the event that changes are made, I will notify all players through email/text/phone call. I have also changed the format for several divisions in order to maximize the number of games that each person will play in some of the smaller divisions.
The formats are as follows:
18 plus 3.0-3.499 Men's Singles: Regular Round Robin format. Players are divided into 2 pools with 4 players each. Players will play each player in their pool once. At the conclusion of pool play, the top 2 players from each pool will advance to the medal rounds. Winners of the semifinals will play in the gold medal match, losers of the semifinals will play in the bronze medal match. Pool Play, Semifinals and Bronze Medal Match will be one game to 15 win by 2. Gold Medal Match will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.
35 plus 3.0-3.499 Men's Singles: Regular Round format. One pool with 4 players. Players will play each player in the pool once. Junior Boy's Singles: Round Robin format. One pool with 3 players. Players will play each player in the pool once. At the conclusion of pool play, all 3 players will advance to the medal rounds. The third place finisher will be awarded the bronze medal and the top 2 finishers will play in the Gold Medal Match. All matches in this division will be one game to 15 win by 2.

Players who register by April 24 will receive a complimentary player gift. Please note that registrations submitted after April 24 will not include a player gift.
Lake Wilmore Pickleball Centre features 18 covered and lighted courts. The courts are individually fenced and are located on the Lake Wilmore Recreation Centre premises.
The City of Auburn Pickleball Open will follow USA Pickleball rules.
Registration criteria are based on your current DUPR rating. If you do not have a DUPR rating, you may register based on your "Self-Rating". The tournament director reserves the right to reevaluate DUPR ratings after registration closes and move players based on their current DUPR rating.
There is a $5 "Pickleball.com" fee for each event up to 2 events. The Pickleball.com fee is non-refundable.
If you are registering for a doubles event, you and your partner must pay and register separately.
This is a 3-day tournament.
Registration is capped at 400 players. Each division is capped at 8 players/teams.
All play will be round-robin style, with medal rounds and a playoff for 3rd place.
