Welcome to City Pickleball Championship! All proceeds will be going to the City Church Gainesville, GA Children's Ministry. We would like to thank our friends at Alberta Park and Hall County Parks and Rec Department for allowing us their space. This tournament will be run by a Certified Raquet Sports Tournament Director.

Entry Fee Information: Please note that the fee above is the Registration fee only. This does not include the $8 per event fee and $5 processing fee.

The tournament will be formatted as a Round Robin. Our goal is for everyone to play everyone, but if the draws reach a certain number or many age gaps apply, we will split it up into groups and then we will have a medal round for the top four players. Details on that will come at a later time.

Scoring in the Round Robin Round the best two out of three games to 11 (IMPORTANT: 10-10 next point wins). Be prepared for change in scoring due to time and inclement weather.

Medal Round: 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by a margin of 2. Timeout rules in play!

We will be enforcing a no refund policy. However, here are the circumstances to where we will issue refunds. And they are as follows:

1. Cancellation of the tournament

2. Withdrawing within 72 hours of the start of the event.

If a refund were to be issued, you will be issued your entry fee-any Paypal fees!

We are planning to play all matches on May 18th. If we are rained out, a make up date is TBD.
