The Clarence Rotary Club is proud to present the 2nd Annual Clarence Rotary Pickleball Tournament!

Last year was a great success and this tournament will be bigger and better!

*What's New*

50 / 50 Co-ed Doubles - Teams can be any combination of gender, however, 1 player must be 50+ years old while the other is under 50.

Men's Full Court Singles 4.5+ - This event will be a lot of fun for spectators and one of the highlights of the tournament. Some of the top players in the area, battling it out in full-court singles. The event starts at 6pm on Friday. Come check out the action whether you are playing that day or not.

More Courts! - Clarence Town Park has resurfaced the basketball court near the pavilion which will add 2-3 temporary Pickleball courts! That allows for more teams per event, as well as more practice court availability.

Format:

All events with have pool play followed by playoff rounds for medals.

Pools of 4 teams are expected to play games to 15 win by 2, while pools of 5 would play games to 11 win by 2.

Events Start Time:

Start times for events on Friday June 23rd are posted now. General start times for Saturday and Sunday have been posted. Warmups & Check-in will begin 60 minutes prior to your event's start time. Please check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your event.

*All times and formats are subject to change due to number of teams that sign up.*

*The highest skill level events are subject to rating. Players could be bumped for higher rated players if they do not meet the minimum rating"

*Please consider the refund insurance. There are no refunds for any reason unless refund insurance is purchased."

Remember, this is an outdoor summer event! Make sure you are prepared with all the essentials (sunscreen, water bottle, camping chairs, towels, tent for shade, etc). There will be water available to fill up your water bottles.

During registration you can purchase refund insurance. This will guarantee you a refund, minus the insurance fee, for any reason at any time prior to the start of the tournament or for any cancelation reason.

No refunds will be given for any reason, including rain or COVID cancelations, unless refund insurance is purchased.
