The 2025 Commodore Pickleball Extravaganza will be held Saturday, June 7th at Papa Joe's Bayside beautiful, state-of-the-art pickleball courts!

The scramble round robin format provides a fun yet competitive environment for players to showcase their skills while meeting new people.

Hospitality will be provided for players. Papa Joe's has a full bar as well as food trucks to fuel up before, after, or in between games! Coolers, outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Attention Players:

Bracket times have been posted. Players should check in at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Player orientation will be 15 minutes before scheduled start.

Beginner/Novice 50 and Over - 8:00 AM

Intermediate 50 and Over - 10:00 AM

Advanced 45 and Over - 12:00 PM

Beginner/Novice 50 and Over - 2:00 PM

Intermediate 49 and Under - 2:00 PM

Advanced 44 and Under - 4:00 PM

***Lunch for players will be available between 11 - 1 on Saturday, June 7. ***

We encourage you to bring chairs.

All divisions have limited space. You may only play in one division. Registration closes June 1, 2025. Participants that register by May 27 are guaranteed a t-shirt.

We will play 4 rounds of random partners within your division, then be seeded based on total points into a single elimination playoff bracket. Every player will participate in a minimum of 5 games.

Round robin games will be played to 11, win by 2 (limited to 12 minutes), playoff games will be played to 11, win by 2.

We will have medals for gold, silver, and bronze in all brackets.

 

Please register for the appropriate skill level (no sandbagging). If you have any questions about what division best fits your skill level, please reach out.

The tournament director reserves the right to expand, combine, or move players between brackets as required based on the number of registrations.

This is a fundraiser event for Gulf Coast State College Athletics. Registration fees are final and non-refundable.
