What happens when you cross Margaritaville's signature fun with Pickleball. A giant fun party is what happens!!

Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Anna Maria Sound is hosting the Summer Smash at GT Bray from 8/30/24 - 9/2/24 alongside All Florida Pickleball!

For all participants staying at the hotel, there will be a welcome reception hosted at Compass Hotel Anna Maria Sound on 8/30 with a two-hour open bar, buffet, and live music. These guests will also receive two free margaritas at check in, a drawstring bag, t-shirt, beer bottle opener and a koozie.

There will be a live concert series on Saturday and Sunday, vendors, food trucks, and more set up at GT Bray.

Format: Pool Play games to 21 win by 1 (rally scoring) for seeding followed by double elimination tournament games to 21 win by 2 (must win on your serve). There will be no come around for 1st place.

"Sock it to em" award if you beat a team by more than 7 points

Raffle Baskets to support the efforts of Bishop Museum and Science and Nature - Jimmy Buffets charity of choice.

Players must be paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered and paid partners will be moved to a wait list within 1 day, if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams.

No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE.

Prize money for the Open Divisions Only. 70% of prize registration dollars paid out.

3rd Place - 20%

This event is outdoors. Should weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs the PPA will do all it can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.
