Sunday, December 8th - Men's/Women's Doubles

This will be an indoor round robin tournament with a playoff bracket for the top finishers in each division.

The tournament accommodates various skill levels, ranging from 3.5 to 5.0+. The tournament is designed to provide a fair and competitive environment for all participants. Registration is $50. All payments must be completed prior to the registration deadline.

Please note that the tournament software (Pickleball Brackets) charges all participants a mandatory, non-refundable SERVICE FEE: $5.00. Neither the tournament directors nor the venue have any control over these fees and they are non-refundable in case of withdrawal.

Skill Level and Age Brackets:

Participants must compete at the skill level of the higher-rated player or above. Unrated players may be moved to a higher bracket if deemed appropriate by the organizers.

We will be using DUPR to calibrate our divisions. Players who do not sign up for the event that matches their DUPR rating will be automatically moved to the appropriate skill level.

Organizational Authority:

The Tournament Director and Committee reserve the right to modify the format of any bracket, division, or level as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the event. They also have the authority to change any rules or policies as needed. This adaptability is essential for responding to unforeseen circumstances and for enhancing the tournament experience for all participants.

Refunds are available minus the mandatory, non-refundable SERVICE FEE until the scheduled registration close date. No refunds will be given after registration closes. All refunds will be processed after the tournament concludes.

The prize purse will be determined by the number of players registering for each event. If a bracket is not full, payouts will be adjusted accordingly. Additionally, if a bracket has fewer than 4 teams, it will either be combined with another bracket or canceled.
