HOST PROPERTY REQUIRES THAT ALL TOURNAMENT PLAYERS ARE STAYING ON PROPERTY.

This tournament will follow USA Pickleball Rules. Referees will be on duty.

Please note that only guests staying at the resort are eligible to participate in the tournament. (Per property policy). The tournament is not responsible for securing accommodations for you though we will provide the name and contact information of our preferred provider for booking.

IMPORTANT - Tournament courts will utilize temporary nets and taped lines as we will be occupying tennis and other sport courts. All players registering for this event acknowledge and accept these conditions.

This is an outdoor tournament with lighting. In the event of rain, every effort will be made to complete all scheduled matches.

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the registration process as smooth as possible. If you need to cancel your registration prior to the close of registration, you will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee, which covers the system usage and online transaction fees. Refunds will be automatically issued within 7-10 days AFTER the completion of tournament. Please note that once registration has closed, no refunds can be provided. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at the event!
