The Cornwall Broadview Pickleball Classic is a three-day tournament taking place from September 26 to 28 at the newly built Broadview Courts in Cornwall, Ontario. This stunning outdoor venue features 8 dedicated four color courts, offering a vibrant and professional setting for players of all skill levels. The event includes both amateur and open divisions across men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles categories.

Amateur divisions will follow a round-robin format with single elimination playoffs, while open divisions will use a double elimination format, giving competitors more chances to battle through the bracket. Registration includes a $40 base fee, with an additional $10 per event for amateur play and $60 per event for open divisions. Prizes for top finishers include apparel, pickleball accessories, and gift cards, generously supported by Baxtrom's Your Independent Grocer and our other generous partners.

Please note that categories may be merged if there are insufficient registrations in a given division. Merging will happen along age groups first and then skill groups, if necessary.

For age based categories, the participant's age at December 31, 2025 will be used.

All matches will follow USA Pickleball rules. We will be using the Franklin X-40 ball. Amateur division matches will be played to 15 points, win by 2. Open division matches will follow a double elimination format, also played to 15 points, win by 2. Tie-breakers will be determined by head-to-head results, point differential, and total wins. All medal matches will be 2 out of 3 games to 11.

Only USA Pickleball-approved paddles are permitted. Players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust match formats or schedules in the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

If the tournament is canceled due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, it will be rescheduled for the following weekend (October 3–5, 2025). In the event of a full cancellation, participants will receive a refund minus a $5 administrative fee.
