This is a Skill Level/Age Group tournament. Registration is by Skill Level.
Registration starts at 8:15 am (CST) on May 1, 2023.
Cost $45.00 (per person) for first event, $10.00 (per person) for second event.
Most round robin brackets will take around three to four hours to finish.
Doubles partners must sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner and the age bracket of the younger partner. Please use your published USA Pickleball Tournament Rating (UTPR). If you do not have a USA Pickleball Tournament Rating, then you can self-rate.
To guarantee a spot in the tournament, the second partner must sign up and pay within 5 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after 5 days. Once the second partner registers, the team will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.
Round Robin format for all events. Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
If an event has 3 teams entered, the event will be a double round robin with matches consisting of 2 out of 3 games to 11 points (win by 2). Medals determined by round robin standings - no medal rounds.
If an event has 4 teams entered, the event will be a double round robin with matches consisting of one game to 15 points (win by 2). Medals determined by round robin standings - no medal rounds.
If an event has 5 teams entered, the event will be a single round robin with matches consisting of 2 out of 3 games to 11 points (win by 2). Medals determined by round robin standings - no medal rounds.
If an event has 6 to 9 teams entered, the event will be a single round robin with matches consisting of one game to 15 points (win by 2). Medals determined by round robin standings - no medal rounds.
If an event has 10 to 16 teams entered, the event will be split into two pools with the top two teams advancing out of each pool to play in the medal rounds. All matches (pool play and medal rounds) will be one game to 15 points (win by 2).

Tiebreaker Procedures
Tournament will use the IFP Standard in regards to tiebreakers.
If two or more teams are tied in round robin/pool play, the tiebreaker(s) used will be:
1. Head to head record (of the tied teams) and if still tied,
2. Point differential of *ALL games played in round robin/pool play (NOT just the games involving the tied teams) and if still tied,
3. Head to head point differential (of the tied teams) and if still tied,
4. Point differential against next highest team (if teams are tied for second, use the point differential against the first place team).
* For tiebreaker procedures, if a team retires/withdraws before completing round robin/pool play, all results involving that team will be nullified.
Refund Policy
Refunds are allowed up to Sept 03, 2023 MINUS a $10.00 processing fee. All refunds will be processed the week after the tournament has finished.
