Tournament Description
Levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 (all split into Under age 50 and 50+) - Round Robin format to start (Pools if more than 7 teams register within a particular level) with top 4 teams from each level advancing to the Medal Round (single elimination bracket to determine gold, silver and bronze).
The 5.0 Open $$$ Division (open to all ages) - will also begin with a Round Robin format followed by a single elimination bracket where all teams are seeded for bracket play after Round Robin results.
Additional Information
Food/Drink - There will not be any food provided at this shootout, so please be sure to pack enough food to get you through the day. For water bottle refills, there is a bottle filler located next to the courts, on the CTPA shed. No other drinks will be provided, so please bring a refillable water bottle.
Tents/Chairs - There is plenty of green space located between the pickleball courts and the tennis courts, so we encourage players to bring chairs and tents and use this space for that purpose.
No pets allowed within Graham Park (also includes the pickleball courts).
Refund Policy
There will be a $15 process fee for refunds up to May 10. No refund after May 10. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the refunds to be processed. In case of weather cancelation, we will offer a refund minus $15 for our own processing fees and handling. Pickleballtournaments,com offer no refund of their fees.
Registration and Weather Insurance can be purchased for an additional $15. See Weather Information section below for details of coverage.
There is no planned make-up date should the event need to be cancelled due to rain.
Prize Money
Prize money awarded to the Open $$$ Divisions only. 100% of $50 player event fee will makeup the prize money. Purse split between top 3 finishers as broken out below:
First place - 60%
Second place - 30%
Third place - 10%

• Injury/Illness – doctor's note required
• Jury Duty – jury notice required
• Partner Drops Out – you can choose another without paying an added fee.
• CHECK-IN & after – 100% of event fee ONLY (excludes registration):
• Event canceled due to weather, with no make-up options
NOT COVERED:
• Player/Partner that did not purchase insurance during registration
• Event plays with format change & delay due to weather
• Disqualification from tournament
• Forfeit for any reason
