CTPA Insurance Policy for tournaments.
INSURANCE COST:
• $15 per player
COVERED:
• Only the Player that purchase insurance during registration. (Insurance cannot be purchased after registration)
• AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES TO CHECK-IN – registration fee and event fees (excludes service fee and PB bracket fees):
• Injury/Illness – doctor's note required
• Jury Duty – jury notice required
• Partner Drops Out – you can choose another without paying an added fee.
• CHECK-IN & after – 100% of event fee ONLY (excludes registration):
• Event canceled due to weather, with no make-up options
NOT COVERED:
• Player/Partner that did not purchase insurance during registration
• Event plays with format change & delay due to weather
• Disqualification from tournament
• Forfeit for any reason
TO SUBMIT CLAIM: (Claim must be made within 30 days after the tournament)
