Tournament Description

This fun Mixed Doubles split-age format requires that one partner is under the age of 50 and the other partner must be 50 years or older (if you turn 50 at any time during 2025, you are considered 50). Each level will start with round robin play, followed by a medal round to the top 4 teams. Secure your partner and sign up today for a fun day of tournament style play!

Additional Information

Food/Drink - There will not be any food provided at this shootout, so please be sure to pack enough food to get you through the day. For water bottle refills, there is a bottle filler located next to the courts, on the CTPA shed. No other drinks will be provided, so please bring a refillable water bottle.
Tents/Chairs - There is plenty of green space located between the pickleball courts and the tennis courts, so we encourage players to bring chairs and tents and use this space for that purpose.
No pets allowed within Graham Park (also includes the pickleball courts).

Refund Policy

There will be a $15 process fee for refunds up to August 9th. No refund after August 9th for any reason. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the refunds to be processed. Pickleballtournaments,com offer no refund of their fees.
Registration and Weather Insurance can be purchased for an additional $15. See Weather Information section below for details of coverage.
There is no planned make-up date should the event need to be cancelled due to rain. No refund unless you have weather insurance.

INSURANCE COST:
• $15 per player
COVERED:
• Only the Player that purchase insurance during registration. (Insurance cannot be purchased after registration)
• AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSES TO CHECK-IN – registration fee and event fees (excludes service fee and PB bracket fees):
• Injury/Illness – doctor's note required
• Jury Duty – jury notice required
• Partner Drops Out – you can choose another without paying an added fee.
• CHECK-IN & after – 100% of Registeration fee minus $15 for processing fee. Not including the PBT.com fees
• Event canceled due to weather, with no make-up options
NOT COVERED:
• Player/Partner that did not purchase insurance during registration
• Event plays with format change & delay due to weather
• Disqualification from tournament
• Forfeit for any reason
