Welcome to Hope for the Homeless Fundraiser Tournament. We are thrilled to announce that the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors has partnered with R&R for a second year to host this thrilling tournament on August 23rd - 24th, 2025. Tournament will take place in an air conditioned 32 court indoor pickleball facility with acro tech professional grade courts.

This exciting fundraiser aims to raise awareness and funds to combat homelessness throughout the Middle Georgia area.

The schedule is as follows:

Saturday August 23- Men's & Women's Doubles

Sunday August 24 - Mixed Doubles

Competition each day will begin as early as 9:00 AM. Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately one week prior to the event.

The registration cost is $40 and includes 1 event each additional event is $10. Last day to register and be guaranteed a tournament Shirt is August 17, 2025 11:55pm.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the original bracket a player signed up for. Tournament management also reserves the right to convert brackets to double elimination if necessary.

Skills levels include 2.5,3.0, 3.5, 4.0+.

Age groups are split after registration closes.

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.

RATINGS

- DUPR ratings will be used.

- Tournament Director reserves the right to move a player to a higher/lower level at their discretion

You may register and identify your partner or request ""Need partner"". Your partner must register within five days of your registration, or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five-day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both teams have paid. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

Withdraw deadline is Sunday, August 3 at midnight. Players may withdraw prior to midnight on August 3 for any reason and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee, donations, t-shirt purchase & registration system fees. Additionally, player registration fees may NOT be transferred to other players. Any cancellations made after Sunday, August 3rd will not be eligible for a refund.

In order to receive a refund of the registration fees before the cancellation deadline (Sunday, August 3rd), notice of cancellation must be received in writing in order to be processed. To cancel your registration, please email medwards@sportsfacilities.com. Pending availability, the last day to register for the Igniting Hope for the Homeless Fundraiser Pickleball Tournament will be Sunday, August 17, 2025 11:59pm.

Tournament is rain or shine.

Health and Safety guidelines at Rhythm & Rally:

Hydration & First Aid: Water stations and designated first aid areas will be available on-site. Please stay hydrated and alert staff immediately if you feel unwell.

Cleanliness: Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the facility. We encourage all attendees to practice good hygiene and wash hands regularly.

Court Safety: Please remain alert and aware of your surroundings when entering or exiting courts. Only players and event staff are permitted on the courts during matches.

Footwear & Equipment: Proper court shoes and personal gear are required. Ensure your equipment is safe and in good condition.

Emergency Protocols: In case of emergency, please notify the nearest staff member or visit the tournament desk for immediate assistance. Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the facility.

Children & Guests: All minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. Spectators are welcome in designated viewing areas only.
