Due to court reservations, scheduling, staffing, and tournament planning, we have a firm refund policy in place to ensure a fair experience for all players and teams.
Full Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are only available if:
Your partner is not yet registered, OR
You find a replacement player to take your spot so your partner is not left without a teammate
Replacement players must be approved and officially updated in the registration system prior to the event
Refund Deadline
Refunds will not be available after April 1st due to finalized scheduling, bracket creation, and court reservations
This deadline applies to all divisions and registrations without exception
After April 1st
No refunds will be issued after April 1st for any reason, including:
Schedule conflicts
Injury
Travel changes
Personal circumstances
No-shows
Partner Responsibility
This is a doubles tournament. Players are responsible for securing and maintaining a partner
If one partner withdraws and no replacement is found, the remaining partner may:
Play with a substitute (if approved), OR
Withdraw without a refund
Event Changes
In the unlikely event that the tournament must be canceled or rescheduled due to facility issues or unforeseen circumstances, Dallas Pickleball Club will provide either a credit or refund at our discretion based on recoverable expenses
By registering for the Dallas Pickleball Club 2026 Spring Classic, players acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
