Scramble Format (Round Robin + Partner Switches!):
In this scramble event, you’ll sign up as an individual — no need to bring a partner. You’ll play a round-robin schedule where your partner rotates each round, so you get to team up with different players throughout the event.
Based on how many people sign up, you can expect to play 3, 4, or 6 games (minimum of 4 players required to run a scramble). After each game, players record their scores individually. Those points add up across all your matches, and the players with the highest totals at the end take home the win.
If we have bigger groups, we may split players into pools to keep things moving smoothly (typically 8+ players). For 10 or more players, pools will definitely be used, and the Tournament Director may finish with a fun playoff round where top players are matched up to form new teams for the final games.
Bottom line: lots of games, lots of partner variety, and a great way to play with everyone in your group!
