Welcome to the Defend the Den Dueling Doubles Tournament. This tournament directly benefits the Tennis and Volleyball programs at Young Harris College.

The registration fee for this tournament is $40 and includes one event: Mixed Doubles. Additional donations to either program are accepted as well.

Format is Round Robin.

Brackets of 3 teams: Double Round Robin. Each match will be one game to 15, win by 1.

Brackets of 4 teams: Double Round Robin. Each match will be one game to 15, win by 1.

Brackets of 5 or more teams: Each match will be one game to 11, win by 1.

Skill level: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+

Ages for each Skill Level: 15+, 36+, 46+, 56+, and 66+

Tournament Director reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event.

Cost per ticket: $5 or 5 tickets for $20

Tickets can be purchased the day of the event or in advance by contacting Coach Jenny Michael at jlmichael@yhc.edu or Coach Andrew Cobb at acobb@yhc.edu.

Cancellation deadline is 5pm February 25th, 2023. No refunds for any reason after that date. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $12 administration fee. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

If the tournament is cancelled due to COVID restrictions or directives from government authorities, we will refund your registration fees less any prorated incurred expenses.

If the tournament is cancelled due to weather prior to the start of an event, we will refund your registration fees less any prorated incurred expenses.

If an event has STARTED and is cancelled due to weather there will be no refunds. We will make every effort to complete any event that has been started.
