Derby City Pickleball Club's "Beat the Heat" Summer Slam will be played indoors at Play Pickleball Club in Jeffersontown, KY on Saturday, July 19th open to all ages over 18.

Limits determined by number of registration for each event. Events could be merged or split as needed. Max 6 teams per event. Top four teams will advance to the medal round. In the event the team limit is not met, the round robin and medal matches will be changed. Every attempt will be made to maximize games played with the time available.

Tournament directors (TD) reserve the right to move players up or down based on previous tournament results, ratings, or familiarity with the player.

All events are a doubles format. If a teammate does not register within 5 days then the first player will be placed on the waiting list automatically. Both players will be notified by e-mail. Once the second player registers then the "team" will be moved off the waiting list ONLY if there is still room in the event. (Limit 6 teams per event)

Refunds are allowed through Saturday, July 12th less a $3.00 processing fee.

Pickleball bracket fees are non-refundable. NO REFUNDS AFTER JULY 12TH.
